1. How do you want things to look like for your health moving forward? (e.g. how you look, how you feel, your energy and confidence levels, how this will positively affect the various aspects of your life, personally and professionally)
2. What do YOU think is keeping you from reaching those goals?

STEP #3: Find a quiet environment
Try to set yourself in a quiet environment, free from distractions so we can really deep dive to find the root of your problem and help reroute your health trajectory. Also, because our call will be conducted over zoom, chatting on desktop or laptop (instead of your phone) is preferred.
